    Regular inspection of quality processes and systems, verified improvements — reviewed directly by the CEO.

R&D organization

An in-house development organization for molds, equipment, and parts is planned for 2027 — expanding from self-developed jigs and checkers to new materials and methods, following customer development procedures and MS/ES specifications, in collaboration with regional universities and research institutes.
